Telo Genomics appoints John Price as chief financial officer

Telo Genomics Corp. (TSXV: TELO) (OTCQB: TDSGF) announced the appointment of John Price as chief financial officer, effective January 30, 2026, according to a press release statement.
Price brings over 30 years of experience in accounting operations, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets. His background includes executive positions at publicly traded companies such as Assure Holdings, National Beverage, Alliance MMA, and MusclePharm.
Price also held accounting and finance roles at technology companies in Silicon Valley, including Opera Software, GCT Semiconductor and Tessera Technologies. He began his career with seven years at Ernst & Young and holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Pennsylvania State University.
Price replaces Christopher Ross, who served as the company's CFO since April 2021. The Toronto-based biotechnology company develops diagnostic and prognostic tests for human disease through chromosomal telomere analysis.
Telo Genomics focuses on telomere platform applications including liquid biopsies for oncology and neurological diseases. The company states its technology has been featured in over 160 peer-reviewed publications and 30 clinical studies involving more than 3,000 patients with various cancers and Alzheimer's disease.
