TSS appoints Matt Wallace as CSO and David Hull as CTO

TSS, Inc. (NASDAQ: TSSI) announced the appointments of Matt Wallace as Chief Strategy Officer and David Hull as Chief Technology Officer, according to a company press release.



Wallace brings 18 years of experience in corporate strategy and business transformation. He previously served as Vice President of Corporate Strategy & Market Intelligence at Dell Technologies for 13 years, leading strategic planning for Dell's $48 billion PC and Peripherals business. Wallace also participated in the integration of the $67 billion Dell/EMC merger.



Hull joins TSS after nearly 29 years at Dell Technologies, where he most recently held the position of Senior Director, CTO Technology Strategy. In that role, he developed commercial and consumer technology strategy across hardware, software and services. Hull previously served as Systems Engineering Director for Cloud, AI and Emerging Technologies, directing architecture and delivery of server platforms including AI servers for cloud customers.



TSS specializes in data center services and integrates AI and high-performance computing infrastructure. The Georgetown, Texas-based company provides related data center services to customers.

Wallace stated he is "focused on identifying where TSS can create the most value in this market, building the strategic clarity and execution discipline to capture it." Hull commented that his career has centered on "bringing AI, cloud and edge infrastructure from concept to large-scale reality."



The company manages and deploys billions of dollars in technology annually as partners with data center technology providers.
