Sage Potash names William Grossholz as interim CFO

Sage Potash Corp. (TSXV: SAGE) (OTCQB: SGPTF) announced the immediate departure of Rod Reum as chief financial officer and the return of William Grossholz as interim CFO.
Grossholz previously served as the company's CFO until October 2024. The Vancouver-based company said the executive changes reflect its focus on the next stage of development following the filing of its preliminary economic assessment technical report for the Sage Plain Potash Project.
Sage Potash is developing its potash project located in the Paradox Basin, Utah. The company filed the preliminary economic assessment technical report as part of its efforts to establish domestic potash production in the United States.
The company stated the leadership transition supports its commitment to financial governance as it continues executing strategic objectives.
