Quad/Graphics, Inc. (NYSE: QUAD) announced that Dave Honan has been promoted to president in addition to his current role as chief operating officer, according to a company statement.
Joel Quadracci, who has served as president and CEO since 2006, will continue as chairman and CEO while relinquishing the president title. Quadracci will focus on long-term strategy, innovation, and stakeholder relationships.
As president and COO, Honan will oversee day-to-day operational leadership across Quad's business units and continue reporting directly to Quadracci. The Sussex, Wisconsin-based marketing experience company made the announcement Feb. 17.
Honan joined Quad in 2009 and has held various executive leadership roles including chief accounting officer and chief financial officer before becoming COO in 2022. During his tenure, he helped build the company's finance and accounting functions and led operating strategies that improved manufacturing efficiency.
"During his 17 years with the Company, Dave has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership in his various roles," Quadracci said in the statement.
Quad employs approximately 10,000 people in 10 countries and serves approximately 2,100 clients. The company provides marketing and print services across online and offline channels, with particular focus on commerce, financial services, and health sectors.
