Primoris Services Corporation (NYSE: PRIM) announced Tim Healy has been appointed interim president of its renewables division, effective immediately. Healy, who previously served as president of ARB Industrial Inc., a Primoris subsidiary, replaces Anthony Vorderbruggen, who departed the company.
The Dallas-based infrastructure services provider stated it is conducting a search for a permanent replacement that will include both internal and external candidates. Chief Executive Officer Koti Vadlamudi cited Healy's construction experience and operational track record in announcing the interim appointment.
Primoris provides engineering, construction and maintenance services for utility, energy and renewables markets across the United States and Canada. The company's projects include utility-scale solar installations, power delivery systems and transportation infrastructure.
The leadership change comes as the company continues operations in its renewables business segment. According to the company's press release, the transition aims to maintain project delivery while the search process proceeds.
