Old National Bank, a subsidiary of Old National Bancorp (NASDAQ: ONB), appointed Shane Print as President of Commercial & Industrial Banking, according to a company statement.

Print brings 25 years of financial services experience to the role. He previously served as Senior Vice President and Commercial Banking Market Executive for a major U.S. bank in Chicago, where he led commercial banking activities across multiple markets.

Print will report to Commercial Banking President Chris Doyle and will be based at Old National's Chicago Triangle location. His responsibilities include leading the company's C&I Banking business across commercial and industrial lending, agribusiness, and Small Business Administration lending.

The appointment follows the planned retirement of current C&I Banking President Kevin Anderson, who will conclude a 43-year banking career at the end of the year.

Print's background spans retail, small business, healthcare, commercial, and corporate banking across the Midwest and Southeast regions. He currently serves as Chairman of the Better Business Bureau of Chicago & Northern Illinois and sits on the Board of Governors for The Metropolitan Club.

Old National Bancorp operates as the fifth largest commercial bank headquartered in the Midwest, with approximately $73 billion in assets and $39 billion in assets under management. The company serves clients primarily in the Midwest and Southeast regions and ranks among the top 25 banking companies headquartered in the United States.
