Nauticus Robotics names Brian Allen as chief revenue officer

Nauticus Robotics, Inc. (NASDAQ: KITT) appointed Brian Allen as chief revenue officer, effective May 13, 2026, according to a company statement. Allen will lead commercial strategy across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, as well as global technology licensing.
Allen previously served as chief executive officer of Beam, a UK-based subsea robotics and AI company, from 2016 to 2025. Under his leadership, Beam grew from a startup to approximately 230 employees across the UK, US, and Europe. The company generated $90 million in sales and order book value in its final twelve months and built an $840 million sales pipeline before being acquired by Rosenxt.
Beam ranked as the 32nd fastest-growing technology company in the UK in the 2023 Deloitte UK Technology Fast 50 and earned a place in the Deloitte EMEA Fast 500. The company was named a Sunday Times Top 100 tech company in 2025.
Prior to founding Beam, Allen held operational robotics roles at DeepOcean, Fugro, Subsea 7 and Odyssey Marine Exploration, accumulating over 15 years of field experience with subsea robotic systems. He holds a Certificate in Executive Leadership from Harvard University.
In his new role, Allen will be responsible for driving technology licensing and services revenue, expanding the company's EMEA commercial presence, and building sales infrastructure. He will be based in the UK with regular travel to Nauticus' Houston headquarters.
Nauticus develops autonomous robots for ocean industries and offers robotic systems for service, vehicle sales, and software licensing to commercial and defense sectors.
