Lanvin appoints Barbara Werschine as CEO

Lanvin Group (NYSE: LANV) announced Barbara Werschine has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of Maison Lanvin, the Paris-based couture house owned by the luxury fashion group.
Werschine brings over 20 years of experience in the luxury sector to her new role. She most recently served as CEO of Eric Bompard, where she led brand modernization and financial optimization efforts. Her previous positions include serving on the Executive Committee at Hermès as Director of Leather Goods Collections and holding leadership roles at Celine, Louis Vuitton, and Zadig & Voltaire. She also worked as a strategy consultant at McKinsey & Company.
In her new position, Werschine will oversee Lanvin's global strategy and development initiatives while working to strengthen the brand's international positioning.
Lanvin Group is headquartered in Shanghai and Milan and manages luxury brands including Lanvin, Wolford, Sergio Rossi and St. John Knits. The company's shares trade on the New York Stock Exchange.
