LEE Enterprises CFO Tim Millage to resign for church role

Lee Enterprises, Incorporated (NASDAQ: LEE) announced that Chief Financial Officer Tim Millage will leave the company early next year to become an Executive Pastor at Coram Deo Bible Church in Davenport, Iowa.
Millage's resignation becomes effective February 28, 2026, and he has agreed to provide consulting services to the company through May 31, 2026, according to the press release statement.
"Serving Lee has been one of the greatest privileges of my professional life. I'm leaving to put my full time and full heart into serving the church," Millage said in the announcement.
Kevin Mowbray, Lee's President and Chief Executive Officer, said the company is grateful for Millage's leadership and supports his decision to follow his calling.
The Davenport, Iowa-based media company has initiated a search for a new Chief Financial Officer. Lee Enterprises operates daily newspapers, digital products and nearly 350 weekly and specialty publications serving 72 markets in 25 states.
Millage has led financial organizations in public companies for nearly a decade before joining Lee Enterprises.
