Invesco Real Estate names two executives to leadership roles

Invesco Real Estate, the $88 billion global real estate investment platform of Invesco Ltd. (NYSE: IVZ), announced two leadership appointments on October 21.

Chase Bolding has been named Head of North America for Invesco Real Estate. Charlie Rose, who serves as Global Head of Real Estate Credit, has additionally been appointed CEO of Invesco Commercial Real Estate Finance Trust, Inc. and to its board of directors.

Both executives will report directly to R. Scott Dennis, CEO of Invesco Real Estate, and join the company's Global Executive Committee.

Bolding joined Invesco Real Estate in 2010 and previously led the firm's US opportunistic business for seven years and served as Chief Investment Officer of Invesco Real Estate US for the past two years. He also launched the company's first non-traded REIT.

Rose joined the company in 2017 and has led expansion of its real estate credit business. He launched the firm's first dedicated real estate credit fund and led an acquisition to establish the platform's European presence. Rose previously served as President and Lead Portfolio Manager of INCREF before his CEO appointment.

Invesco Real Estate manages $88 billion in real estate assets and employs 603 people across 21 regional offices in the U.S., Europe and Asia Pacific as of March 31, 2025. The platform operates across the risk-return spectrum in equity and debt investments.

Parent company Invesco Ltd. managed $2 trillion in assets as of June 30, 2025.
