Infinity Natural Resources adds chief accounting officer and technology VP

Infinity Natural Resources Inc. (NYSE: INR) announced the appointment of Brian Pietrandrea as Chief Accounting Officer and Carmine Fantini as Vice President of Technology. Pietrandrea started his role immediately, while Fantini is expected to begin on July 28, 2025.
Both executives previously worked at Equitrans Midstream Corporation. Pietrandrea brings over 20 years of accounting experience, including expertise in SEC reporting, financial operations, and regulatory compliance. Fantini has more than 30 years of energy industry experience in technology transformation, cybersecurity, enterprise risk management, and strategic planning.
"Brian's deep expertise in accounting operations and public company reporting, combined with his experience in managing complex acquisitions and financial integrations, makes him the ideal candidate to lead our accounting function," said David Sproule, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Infinity Natural Resources is an independent energy company focused on acquisition, development, and production of hydrocarbons in the Appalachian Basin. The company operates in the Utica Shale in eastern Ohio and has dry gas assets in the Marcellus and Utica Shales in southwestern Pennsylvania.
