GameSquare Holdings Inc. (NASDAQ: GAME) announced the appointment of Amaree Tanawong as chief operating officer, according to a company press release.

Tanawong brings nearly two decades of experience in strategy, finance and operations across media and technology organizations. Most recently, Tanawong served as vice president of strategic finance and operations at Meow Wolf, where she led company-wide strategy, program management and analytics. She previously held senior strategy and operations roles at YouTube, where she worked on creator monetization products, and at Fullscreen, where she built go-to-market and partnership infrastructure.

She began her career at Yahoo in digital media operations and monetization and at Ernst & Young in transaction advisory services for Fortune 500 clients.

GameSquare operates as a media, entertainment and technology company focused on connecting brands with younger audiences through gaming and esports content, including through FaZe Clan Esports.
