Fulton Financial president Angela Snyder to retire in December

Fulton Financial Corporation (NASDAQ: FULT) announced that President Angela Snyder will retire from the company on December 31, 2025.
Chairman and CEO Curt Myers said Snyder has been "a pillar of strength, vision, and integrity" during her tenure at the Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based financial holding company. Myers noted that her leadership helped shape the organization and that her impact will continue for years.
"As I step into retirement, I do so with a deep sense of gratitude and complete confidence in the future of this organization," Snyder said in the announcement. She expressed confidence in the company's team and leadership moving forward.
Fulton Financial Corporation operates as a $32 billion financial holding company with more than 3,300 employees. The company runs over 200 financial centers across Pennsylvania, Maryland, Delaware, New Jersey and Virginia through Fulton Bank, N.A.
The company has not announced Snyder's replacement or succession plans as part of this announcement.
