Fiserv names Walter Pritchard as head of investor relations

Fiserv Inc. (NASDAQ: FISV) appointed Walter Pritchard as Senior Vice President, Head of Investor Relations, effective December 1, 2025, according to a company statement.

Pritchard brings over 25 years of experience in investor relations, corporate strategy, finance and equity research. He most recently served as Senior Vice President of Investor Relations and Corporate Development at Palo Alto Networks, where he managed external investor messaging and led corporate development and strategic finance initiatives.

Prior to Palo Alto Networks, Pritchard worked as Managing Director at Citi and Cowen & Company, covering the global software and technology industry. He started his career at SoundView Technology Group and holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Pritchard earned his Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Pomona College.
