ContextLogic appoints Scott Stewart as CFO and COO

ContextLogic Holdings Inc. (OTCQB: LOGC) announced the appointment of Scott Stewart as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, effective June 1, 2026.
Stewart joins ContextLogic from Cantaloupe Inc. (NASDAQ: CTLP), where he served as CFO. He joined Cantaloupe in 2020 as Chief Accounting Officer and was promoted to CFO in 2022, overseeing financial reporting, planning and analysis, tax, treasury, and investor relations.
Prior to Cantaloupe, Stewart spent 13 years at Intercontinental Exchange Inc., which owns the New York Stock Exchange and other exchanges globally. At ICE, he held various positions including Assistant Controller, where he managed corporate accounting and supported more than 30 acquisitions and integrations, including the acquisition of the NYSE.
Stewart began his career at Ernst & Young in their audit practice for four years. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and a Master of Professional Accountancy from Clemson University.
