CleanTech names Stephanie Lee as vice president legal

CleanTech Vanadium Mining Corp. (TSXV: CTV) (OTCQB: CTVFF) appointed Stephanie Lee as vice president legal, effective October 10, 2025, according to a company statement.
Lee brings eight years of experience in corporate finance, securities, and corporate governance, with focus on mining and natural resources clients. She joins from private practice at a national law firm where she advised public and private issuers on financings, disclosure, mergers and acquisitions, and regulatory compliance.
The company's board approved granting Lee stock options to acquire 200,000 common shares at an exercise price of $0.34. The options are exercisable for five years, expiring October 10, 2030, and will vest at 12.5% per quarter for the first two years starting January 10, 2026.
Alex Bayer will step down as chief legal officer effective October 25, 2025, and will remain available as a consultant, the company said.
CleanTech is a mining company focused on critical mineral resources in the United States. The company has an option to acquire 15,975 acres of mineral rights with fluorspar resources across multiple projects in the Illinois-Kentucky Fluorspar District and owns a 100% interest in the Gibellini Vanadium Mine Project in Nevada.
