Calfrac Well Services names Tyler Dahlseide as CEO

Calfrac Well Services Ltd. (TSX: CFW) appointed Tyler Dahlseide as chief executive officer effective February 4, 2026, according to a company statement.
Dahlseide joined Calfrac as vice president of optimization and strategy in September 2025. He previously served as president and director of Ferus Inc., a private-equity sponsored industrial gas business operating in Canada and the United States. He also served as chairman of the board of Enserva, the national trade association representing Canada's petroleum services, supply and manufacturing sectors, from 2023 to 2025.
Chairman Ron Mathison said the board believes Dahlseide's experience in growth and organizational transformation will support Calfrac's strategy execution. Dahlseide stated he looks forward to working with the Calfrac team to create shareholder value.
Calgary-based Calfrac provides specialized oilfield services to exploration and production companies designed to increase hydrocarbon production from wells throughout North America and Argentina.
