CalPrivate Bank names Michael Pierron as chief operating officer

Private Bancorp of America Inc. (OTCQX: PBAM) announced that Michael Pierron has joined CalPrivate Bank as executive vice president and chief operating officer.
Pierron brings more than 25 years of experience in banking operations, payments, technology, strategic execution and enterprise transformation. He previously served seven years at a regional bank as executive vice president and head of payments, where he focused on growing core relationship deposits, improving treasury management offerings and enhancing profitability through fee income and lower-cost funding.
