CSX chief executive to speak at Morgan Stanley conference

CSX Corp. (NASDAQ: CSX) announced that President and Chief Executive Officer Joe Hinrichs will address Morgan Stanley's 13th Annual Laguna Conference in California on September 11 at 8:30 a.m. Pacific time.

The address will be broadcast live via webcast on the company's investor relations website. A replay will be available following the conclusion of the event, according to the company's statement.

CSX is a Jacksonville, Florida-based transportation company that provides rail, intermodal and rail-to-truck transload services across energy, industrial, construction, agricultural and consumer products markets. The company's network connects major metropolitan areas in the eastern United States and links more than 240 short-line railroads and more than 70 ports.
