CPS Technologies names Chris Fraser as new CFO

CPS Technologies Corp. (NASDAQ: CPSH) announced Chris Fraser joined the company May 4 as the incoming chief financial officer, succeeding Chuck Griffith who plans to retire.
Fraser will officially assume the CFO role May 18, while Griffith will remain with the company through the end of May to facilitate the transition. Griffith has served as CFO for seven years.
Fraser most recently worked as controller at Precision Castparts Corp., a Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary, where he managed financial operations across three manufacturing plants producing aluminum castings for aerospace applications. He previously served as CFO for early-stage ventures at the Advanced Regenerative Manufacturing Institute and held senior finance positions at A.W. Chesterton and Oxford Instruments America.
Fraser began his career at Deloitte in London and qualified as a chartered accountant. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Warwick in the United Kingdom.
CPS Technologies designs and manufactures high-performance material solutions including metal matrix composites and hermetic packaging for transportation, energy, automotive, electronics, telecommunications, aerospace and defense markets.
