Beyond Air names Dan Moorhead as chief financial officer

Beyond Air Inc. (NASDAQ: XAIR) appointed Dan Moorhead as chief financial officer, effective January 5, 2026. Moorhead will replace Duke Dewrell, the company's controller who served as interim CFO since November 2025.
Moorhead brings more than 20 years of finance leadership experience across public and private companies. He served as CFO of Zynex Inc., a publicly traded medical device company, from June 2017 to August 2025. Prior to that, he spent 10 years at Evolving Systems Inc., serving as CFO and in other finance roles. Moorhead holds a CPA designation and a bachelor's degree in accounting from the University of Northern Colorado.
The company granted Moorhead an inducement stock option award for 70,000 shares of common stock, exercisable at the last reported sale price on Nasdaq on December 31, 2025. The option has a 10-year term and vests over four years, with 25% vesting on the first anniversary and the remainder in three equal annual installments.

Beyond Air is a commercial-stage medical device and biopharmaceutical company focused on nitric oxide treatments. The company has received FDA approval for its LungFit PH system for treating term and near-term neonates with hypoxic respiratory failure.
