All In FutureTech Alliance names new chairman and CEO
All In FutureTech Alliance Inc. (Nasdaq: AIFA) announced leadership changes, including the election of Li Shanglong as chairman and the appointment of Shao Weizhi as chief executive officer, according to a company press release dated June 17, 2026.
James Li resigned as CEO and chairman for personal reasons. He will remain with the company as president and director during a transition period to support strategy execution and major project advancement.
Li Shanglong, also known as Michael Li, is the founding partner of Aivolution Venture, a Silicon Valley-based investment firm focused on artificial intelligence and frontier technology. He claims to participate in the management and allocation of AI-related assets totaling more than $100 million, with exposure to companies including Nvidia, Anthropic, SpaceX, and xAI. He has also authored more than ten books with cumulative sales exceeding 10 million copies and claims more than 16 million followers across Chinese-language internet platforms.
Shao Weizhi, also known as Eric Shao, brings experience in Web 3.0, cryptocurrency, and blockchain sectors. He previously founded Beauty Diary, a medical aesthetics livestreaming e-commerce company that reported approximately RMB 2.0 billion in gross merchandise volume in 2021. He holds degrees in civil engineering from New York University and Columbia University and completed doctoral studies in environmental engineering at Columbia University.
The company stated that the newly reconstituted board and management team will continue pursuing a dual-engine strategy centered on an AI infrastructure network and an AI application services matrix. Strategic priorities include silicon photonics-enabled compute, cross-border fiber-optic network transmission, AI education, and AI content operations.
The company also stated it plans to launch a new round of financing, to be led by the incoming CEO. No financial terms or timeline were disclosed.
All In FutureTech Alliance, formerly Allied Gaming & Entertainment Inc., is listed on the Nasdaq exchange under the ticker AIFA.
