Ackman Says He Would Indemnify Hunter Harrison Against Suits (CP) (CNI)

Following word Canadian National (NYSE: CNI) has said it has suspended the pension and RSU payments of former exec Hunter Harrison amid his expected move to Canadian Pacific (NYSE: CP), Bloomberg now reporting Bill Ackman has said he is indemnifying Harrison against suits ie. he will compensate Harrison for any damages sustained related to the incident.
