Trump Media settles dispute with United Atlantic Ventures

Trump Media & Technology Group Corp. (NASDAQ: DJT) announced it reached an amicable settlement with United Atlantic Ventures, resolving all claims between the companies.

The settlement concludes a dispute between Trump Media, which operates social media platform Truth Social, streaming platform Truth+, and FinTech brand Truth.Fi, and United Atlantic Ventures. The companies said all claims have been mutually resolved.

Trump Media did not disclose the terms of the settlement or provide details about the nature of the original dispute in its announcement.
