ParkerVision patent trial against MediaTek postponed

ParkerVision Inc. (OTCQB: PRKR) announced that its patent infringement jury trial against MediaTek scheduled to begin March 20, 2026, in Waco, Texas, has been postponed.
Judge Albright conducted a pretrial conference on March 16, 2026, to review a Daubert motion concerning damages issues in the case. The court removed the trial from the calendar pending updates to expert reports and related briefings, according to the company's statement.
The court will establish a new pretrial and trial schedule after reviewing the parties' submissions. ParkerVision, a Jacksonville, Florida-based wireless radio-frequency technology company, holds patents in the U.S. and internationally.
