Olenox settles debt with Cedar Advance through stock issuance
Olenox Industries Inc. (NASDAQ: OLOX) reached a settlement agreement with Cedar Advance LLC to resolve outstanding amounts owed under merchant cash advance agreements, according to a company statement.
The settlement agreement, executed on Feb. 10, 2026, provides for Olenox to issue restricted shares of common stock to Cedar at market price to satisfy the debt. The agreement includes a mutual release of all claims and brings final resolution to liabilities owed to Cedar under the Standard Merchant Cash Advance Agreements.
The Conroe, Texas-based company disclosed full terms of the settlement in a Form 8-K filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission on Feb. 13, 2026.
Olenox Industries operates as an energy company that acquires and operates businesses providing engineered solutions across industrial, energy, and infrastructure markets through subsidiaries including Giant Containers.
