Mangoceuticals files $73 million lawsuit against former tech vendor

March 17, 2026 4:00 PM EDT

Mangoceuticals Inc. (NASDAQ: MGRX) filed a civil lawsuit in Texas state court seeking damages exceeding $73 million against Clarity Ventures Inc., its former technology consulting and software development firm.

The Dallas-based telemedicine company alleges that Clarity failed to deliver a fully functional, HIPAA-compliant enterprise resource planning and eCommerce platform that the firm was contracted to design and implement. The damages sought exclude interest, costs, and attorneys' fees.

Clarity has denied Mangoceuticals' allegations and filed counterclaims related to alleged unpaid invoices. Mangoceuticals stated it believes the counterclaims are unwarranted, asserting that all required payments under applicable agreements were made in full before ending its relationship with Clarity.

Following the dispute, Mangoceuticals developed and deployed a new proprietary telehealth and eCommerce platform internally. The company stated this platform does not rely on Clarity's technology and management believes it has contributed to improvements in customer acquisition, order fulfillment, and operating performance.

Mangoceuticals operates telemedicine platforms under the MangoRx and PeachesRx brands, focusing on men's health and wellness products including treatments for erectile dysfunction, hair growth, hormone replacement therapies, and weight management.

The company intends to pursue its claims and defend against the counterclaims through litigation. All allegations remain subject to the litigation process and have not been proven in court.
