Stryker Corporation (NYSE: SYK) reported that a cybersecurity incident affecting its information technology systems continues to disrupt operations, including order processing, manufacturing and shipping.
The medical device company initially identified the incident on March 11, 2026, which resulted in a global disruption to its Microsoft environment. Dave Nathans, the company's Chief Information Security Officer, provided an update to customers and cybersecurity community members on March 12, 2026.
Stryker stated that patient-related services have not been disrupted and connected products were not impacted by the incident. The company's investigation remains ongoing, and the full scope, nature and operational and financial impacts have not yet been determined.
