Palantir explores expanding Manhattan office footprint

Investing.com -- Palantir Technologies Inc. is looking to increase its office space in Manhattan, adding to the growing list of technology companies expanding their presence in New York City.
The data analytics company has been exploring options to lease large blocks of space in the borough, Bloomberg reported Thursday. Palantir currently leases approximately 202,146 square feet (18,780 square meters) in New York, according to data from CoStar Group Inc.
Technology companies, particularly those focused on artificial intelligence, were among the most active renters of Manhattan office space last year. Anthropic, the AI startup that developed the chatbot Claude, is also searching for new offices in the city.
Palantir, which is headquartered in Denver, maintains locations in various cities around the world.
