Investing.com -- Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) Systems Corp. has been awarded a $100 million contract for Stand-in Attack Weapon Subsystem support by the U.S. Department of War.
The cost reimbursement, firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract was awarded to the Linthicum Heights, Maryland-based company as a sole source acquisition.
Under the terms of the agreement, Northrop Grumman will provide active seeker specific support associated with components, test and evaluation support, and science and technology development.
Work on the contract will be performed at Baltimore, Maryland, and is expected to be completed by December 31, 2034.
The Air Force Lifecycle Management Center at Eglin Air Force Base, Florida, is serving as the contracting activity for the project, which has been assigned the contract number FA865926DB001.
The Department of War has obligated $21,953 in fiscal 2025 research and development funds at the time of the award.
