NinjaOne raises $400 million at $12.3 billion valuation

Investing.com -- IT platform NinjaOne said on Tuesday it raised $400 million in a funding round that valued the company at $12.3 billion.

The Series C extensions funding round included participation from Wellington Management, Teachers' Venture Growth, Sequoia Capital, ICONIQ and others. Additional participants included BDT & MSD Partners' affiliated funds, Hedosophia, NEA, Washington Harbour Partners, CapitalG, and Pinegrove Opportunity Partners.

NinjaOne provides software that helps businesses manage and secure employee devices, automate patching, back up data and enable remote access through a unified platform designed to streamline IT operations and improve efficiency.

The company serves nearly 40,000 customers across more than 140 countries. The announcement follows a 2025 that delivered nearly 70% year-over-year growth for NinjaOne, along with a record-breaking first quarter in which the company achieved profitability.

NinjaOne remains founder-led and controlled. Co-founders Sal Sferlazza and Chris Matarese are the largest equity holders in the company and have majority control of the Board of Directors and the company's voting power.
