Investing.com -- Lincoln International Inc. is expected to price its initial public offering in the upper half of the $18 to $20 marketing range later Tuesday, according to a Bloomberg report.
The Chicago-based investment banking advisory firm's offering has attracted demand for multiple times the available shares from anchor-type long-only investors, the report said.
Lincoln International announced earlier Tuesday the launch of its IPO roadshow for 21,049,988 shares of its Class A common stock. The initial public offering price was expected to be between $18 and $20 per share.
Shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on Wednesday under the symbol LCLN.
Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Morgan Stanley, Bank of Montreal, Citizens Capital Markets and Evercore Inc. are among the banks working on the offering.
