Boeing secures $684 million in military contracts

Investing.com - Boeing Co. (NYSE: BA) received four military contracts totaling approximately $684.26 million from the U.S. Department of Defense, the department announced today.

The largest award is a $489.31 million cost order for the procurement of non-recurring engineering and test assets for the AN/ALQ-264(V) Beowulf upgrade to the EA-18G platform. Work will be performed in Baltimore, Maryland; St. Louis, Missouri; and Bethpage, New York, with completion expected in February 2030. The Naval Air Systems Command in Patuxent River, Maryland, issued the order.

Boeing's Mesa, Arizona facility was awarded a $95.95 million modification for performance-based logistics support for depot level repair of Apache Airframe components. The modification brings the total contract value to $489.7 million. Work is scheduled for completion on April 30, 2027, with U.S. Army Contracting Command serving as the contracting activity.

A $60.1 million cost-plus-fixed-fee modification was awarded for test support and capability validation activities for the Growler Block II Phase I upgrade. Work will be performed across Maryland, New York, Minnesota, and Missouri, with completion expected in February 2029.

Boeing also received a $38.9 million firm-fixed-price order for 44 advanced capabilities mission computer units, including 26 spares and 18 laboratory assets. Work will be performed in Bloomington, Minnesota; St. Louis, Missouri; and Linthicum Heights, Maryland, with completion expected in June 2029.
