Michael Burry of "The Big Short" and Scion Capital LLC hedge fund fame will be profiled tomorrow night on Bloomberg TV's new series "Risk Takers."
Burry made his mark during the suprime mortgage crisis, becoming one of the first investors in the world to make downside bets before the implosion. He generated nearly 427% returns on his massive bets.
In a rare sit-down with Bloomberg Television, Michael Burry describes how his artificial eye, and diagnosis with Asperger's Syndrome, helped contribute to his "natural state as an outsider" and his almost obsessive commitment to research.
