JPMorgan (JPM) Twitter Investment Hits Regulatory Snag

FOX Business Network's Charlie Gasparino reported on Friday that JPMorgan Chase & Co. (NYSE: JPM) sees a significant investment in Twitter at some point, bu the move has hit a snag due to regulatory concerns recently.
“Sources inside JPMorgan tell the FOX Business Network they are still confident about a Twitter investment. The head of Twitter threw cold water on the story but sources inside JPMorgan are still confident at some point there will be a Twitter investment," Gasparino said.
the reports states that there are two regulatory concerns facing an investment including, "it may foul on the Volcker rule. There are also private placement rules. JPMorgan will not confirm or deny."
