Shares of Eaton Corp. (NYSE: ETN) are indicated higher Tuesday following a recent discussion between CEO Sandy Cutler and stock sage Jim Cramer.

On Monday evening's Mad Money, Cutler gave Cramer a mixed picture for Eaton. He expects profit to be up 14 percent with sales up 7 percent, but highlighted challenges in overseas markets.

Cutler remains a bear in China as loose money as well as lower interest rates will lead to a lag in growth. Brazilian sales are expected to be down about 10 percent on the year.

For the U.S., Cutler is more bullish. Eaton's Electrical Systems of the Americas division is seeing both recovery and growth in the U.S. construction market. Cutler sees a multiple-year expansion for the segment.

Cramer remains positive on Eaton stemming from U.S. prospects.
