At the Value Investing Congress, Pershing Square Capital's Bill Ackman said he bought 180 million shares of Wachovia (NYSE: WB) at an average price of $3.15 a share. Ackman did note he sold 9.5 million shares before CIti (NYSE: C) said it is still in. Ackman obviously still has quite a large position in Wachovia.
