CEO-affiliated entity acquires $3.2 million in Datavault AI shares

September 8, 2025 6:35 AM EDT

Datavault AI Inc. (NASDAQ: DVLT) announced that EOS Technology Holdings Inc. converted $3.2 million of a convertible promissory note into 10 million shares of the company's common stock.

EOS Technology Holdings is controlled by Nathaniel Bradley, who serves as chief executive officer of both EOS and Datavault AI. Bradley is also the sole director of EOS, according to the company's statement.

The conversion represents a significant equity acquisition by an entity affiliated with Datavault AI's leadership. The transaction involved converting existing debt into equity rather than a new cash investment.

Datavault AI operates in artificial intelligence-driven data and acoustic sciences. The company holds patents in areas including wireless audio transmission, digital asset frameworks, and data management systems. The company reported having more than 72 patents in its portfolio.

The company's acoustic technologies include WiSA, ADIO, and Sumerian platforms for spatial and multichannel wireless audio transmission. Its data science division focuses on digital asset management, machine learning classifiers, and secure data storage systems.

Datavault AI recently completed a licensing agreement with Nyiax for its ADIO technology, though financial terms were not disclosed in the current announcement.

The company is developing the Elements Exchange platform for trading carbon credits and other environmental assets, as well as the VerifyU platform for credential and identity verification services.

Bradley stated the investment reflects confidence in the company's patent portfolio and market positioning in data privacy, artificial intelligence, and digital asset management sectors.

The information was provided in a company press release.
