XFLH Capital prices $100 million IPO at $10 per unit
XFLH Capital Corporation priced its initial public offering of 10 million units at $10.00 per unit, according to a company statement. The Cayman Islands-based blank check company raised $100 million through the offering.
The units are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange under ticker symbol "XFLHU" on February 12, 2026. Each unit consists of one ordinary share with a par value of $0.0001 and one right to receive one-seventh of an ordinary share upon completion of an initial business combination.
Once separate trading begins, the ordinary shares and rights will trade under symbols "XFLH" and "XFLHR" respectively on the NYSE.
Maxim Group LLC serves as the sole book-running manager for the offering. The transaction is expected to close on February 13, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
XFLH Capital Corporation is a special purpose acquisition company formed to pursue mergers, acquisitions, or other business combinations with operating businesses. The Securities and Exchange Commission declared the company's registration statement effective on January 30, 2026.
