Wesco Aircraft Holdings (WAIR) Files $300M IPO

Wesco Aircraft Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: WAIR)(NYSE WAIR) filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission today for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The proposed maximum offering amount is $300 million. Wesco Aircraft has filed to list its stock on an exchange under the ticker "WAIR."

The offering is being made through Barclays Capital, Morgan Stanley, BofA Merrill Lynch, J.P. Morgan, and William Blair & Company.

Wesco Aircraft is a distributor and provider of comprehensive supply chain management services to the global aerospace industry.
