Vocera Communications (NYSE: VCRA) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The Company plans to sell 5.75 million shares and sees an offering price of $12 - $14 per share. Vocera plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "VCRA."
The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, Piper Jaffray, Baird, William Blair & Company, and Morgan Keegan.
