Vivos Therapeutics (VVOS) IPO Ramps 70% in Volatile Trade

Today's IPO for Vivos Therapeutics Inc. (NASDAQ: VVOS) is surging 71% to $10.25 after pricing its initial public offering of 3,500,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $6.00 per share. Shares were briefly halted on volatility.

Roth Capital Partners is acting as lead book-running manager and representative of the underwriters for the offering. Craig-Hallum Capital Group and National Securities Corporation, a wholly owned subsidiary of National Holdings Corporation (NHLD) are acting as co-managers of the offering.
