Thermon Group Holdings (THR) to Sell 10M Common in IPO

Thermon Group Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: THR) filed an amended filing with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of Common Stock. Thermon plans to sell 10 million Common Shares, and sees a price of $12 - $14 per Share. Thermon plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "THR."

Thermon is offering 4 million shares of the common stock and the selling stockholders are offering 6 million shares.

The offering is being made through Barclays Capital, Jefferies, William Blair & Company, BMO Capital Markets, and KeyBanc Capital Markets.

Thermon is a provider of highly engineered thermal solutions for process industries.
