The Active Network, Inc. (NYSE: ACTV) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. The Active Network plans to sell 11 million shares and sees and offering price of $16 - $18 per share. The Active Network filed to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "ACTV."
The offering is being made through BofA Merrill Lynch, Citi, Allen & Company, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, RBC Capital Markets, ThinkEquity, and WR Hambrecht+Co.
The Active Network is a provider of organization-based cloud computing applications serving a wide range of customer groups including business events, community activities, outdoors and sports.
