Suja Life files for proposed IPO

Suja Life has filed for a proposed Nasdaq IPO.

The company dscribes itself as: "Suja Life is a modern beverage platform at the forefront of one of the most powerful consumer transformations of our time: the shift toward functional, better-for-you beverages. We operate at the intersection of health, taste, and trust, offering cold-pressed juices, wellness shots, and functional sodas that have become an essential part of consumers’ everyday routines."

Goldman Sachs, Jefferies and William Blair will serve as lead underwriters.
