Stewart & Stevenson LLC (NYSE: SNS) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. Stewart & Stevenson plans to sell 16 million shares and sees an IPO price of $14 - $16 per share. Stewart & Stevenson filed to list on the New York Stock exchange under the ticker "SNS."
The offering is being made through J.P. Morgan, Goldman, Sachs & Co., Citi, RBC Capital Markets, Wells Fargo Securities, Raymond James, and Simmons & Company International.
