Solazyme, Inc. (Nasdaq: SZYM) filed an amended registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Stock. Solazyme plans to sell 9.975 million shares and sees a price of $15 - $17 per share. Solazyme filed to list the Nasdaq Global Market under the ticker "SZYM."
