Scholar Rock (SRRK) IPO Opens Modeslty Higher

Today's IPO for Scholar Rock (NASDAQ: SRRK) opened for trading at $14.25 after pricing 5,360,000 shares of its common stock at a public offering price of $14.00 per share. All of the shares are being offered by Scholar Rock.

In addition, Scholar Rock has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 804,000 additional shares of common stock at the initial public offering price, less underwriting discounts and commissions.

Jefferies LLC, Cowen and Company, LLC, and BMO Capital Markets Corp. are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. Wedbush Securities Inc. is acting as co-manager for the offering.

Scholar Rock is a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery and development of innovative medicines for the treatment of serious diseases in which signaling by protein growth factors plays a fundamental role.
