Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P. (NYSE: RNF), filed a registration with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an Initial Public Offering of its Common Unit representing Limited Partner Interests. Rentech Nitrogen plans to sell 15 million units and sees an offering price of $19 to $21 per unit. The company plans to list on the New York Stock Exchange under the ticker "RNF."
The offering is being made through Morgan Stanley, Credit Suisse, Citigroup, RBC Capital Markets, Imperial Capital, Brean Murray, Carret & Co., Dahlman Rose & Company, and Chardan Capital Markets, LLC.
Rentech Nitrogen is a Delaware limited partnership formed in July 2011 by Rentech (NYSE: RTK) to own, operate and grow our nitrogen fertilizer business.
