Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P (RNF) IPO Trades Slightly Lower

The IPO for Rentech Nitrogen Partners, L.P. (NYSE: RNF) is trading slightly lower. Shares are trading at $19.65 after pricing 15,000,000 common units at $20 per common unit. The IPO opened at $20.

Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC and Credit Suisse Securities (USA) LLC are acting as joint book-running managers of the offering, with Citigroup Global Markets Inc., RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Imperial Capital, LLC, Brean Murray, Carret & Co., LLC, Dahlman Rose & Company, LLC and Chardan Capital Markets, LLC acting as co-managers.

Rentech Nitrogen was formed by Rentech, Inc. to own, operate and expand its nitrogen fertilizer business. Rentech Nitrogen's assets consist of a nitrogen fertilizer facility located in East Dubuque, Illinois.
